Chavazs Machmoedov Honda cb500

When I first saw this Honda I instantly noticed how clean and well-built this bike was. When Chavazs first messaged me on Instagram to show me his Honda cafe racer. I knew I had to find out more about this cb500 and share with you guys. I just love how everything works so well together. There are plenty of little details that make this Honda look great. You can see that the seat matches the grips on the bike very well. Also the Honda on the back of the seat.

Then looking closer we see that all the wiring is tucked away neatly and the motor looks so simple and minimal. The 4 into 1 exhaust also looks great and sounds great. The bike also has dual front breaks with drilled rotors for more stopping power. The front forks are rebuild with new smaller dust boots. Over all I would say I love how simple the bike looks and how everything works well together. Now I’ll have Chavazs tell us a little more about it.

Since I was a child I have always liked motorcycles. But only a couple of years ago I truly discovered my passion for them. After having looked around for different models, one caught my eye: the Honda CB500 four, which became my all time favorite.

Approximately a year ago I started building this project. Due to lack of time and the fact that I am still learning and evolving as a custom bike builder, it took a little longer than I expected. The hardest part was trying to figure out the right components to fit to the final idea I had in my head. But finally, I managed to finish this Honda cafe racer which in my eyes came out pretty great.

The bike is extremely comfortable and drives amazing even though it was build in 1976. The engine has undergone a complete make-over. The engine was first sandblasted to get it clean. After that all the vital components were renewed to make it run like new. The frame was modified to give it a clean tight look without any unnecessary parts to be seen on the outside. I have chosen to paint the gas tank in classic green color with a nice shine. The seat was custom made according to my drawing by Millers Custom Upholstery. I am very happy with the end result and I am pretty sure that a lot of people will agree with me.
